The personalized instruction from Fastpitch Online Academy is Super easy, user friendly and each instructional video explains step by step what to do. Fastpitch Online Academy is absolutely helpful! We were able to break down to the fundamentals of my daughter’s mechanics, the videos help her understand visually what she needs to fix. We use it for pitching, batting, catching and great to sharpen your skills prepping for the next tournament. Fastpitch Online Academy is very convenient and extremely helpful. My daughter enjoys watching the videos and helps boost her confidence. Highly recommend using this service.

I’ve been training with Coach Steph for five years and she has improved my game tremendously. She is very knowledgeable in her ability to analyze and determine what areas her students need improvement on. With hard work and determination, I was able to have a successful collegiate career at SUNY Cortland. Thank you for everything Coach Steph! I’m very grateful!

I’ve been going to Stephanie for pitching lessons for 6 years and I cannot say enough about her coaching. She has help me grow from playing middle school softball to now pitching in college and my transformation has been incredible. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about pitching, but she coaches her students with genuine care and compassion.

Stephanie isn’t just a pitching coach, she’s part of our family. During the six years my daughter has played travel ball, we have seen lots of girls change pitching coaches. We have stayed with Stephanie and never considered leaving because she is a talented, compassionate, dedicated instructor who goes above and beyond to help her students succeed. From customized drills to work trouble spots in the windup to individualized training regimens to eliminate weaknesses and build long-term muscle memory, Stephanie delivers. My daughter was struggling with keeping her drag foot from over-rotating. Stephanie crafted up a device to attach to her cleat and after consistent work with this miracle apparatus, the problem has disappeared – she is like the MacGyver of pitching! During the pandemic, Stephanie made sure my daughter never missed a beat. She offered private virtual lessons using FaceTime and group conditioning designed specifically to target a pitcher’s muscle groups. My daughter hit the field in mid-season condition and never looked back. If your daughter has the chance to work with Stephanie, it will be a lifetime friendship that includes encouragement, support, friendship, mentorship, and a network that helps with college and career. Stephanie is A # 1!

Hi Kim.
Madison’s High School tryouts ended yesterday. She was one of about 12 Freshman trying out for the Varsity team and was the only one that made Varsity. All of the 12 are travel players and all good players . East Meadow expected to win states or at least return to the State Championship last year, but the seniors didn’t get the chance and they had a couple of great ones graduate, including Jenna Laird who now is killing it with Missouri. So the program is pretty strong for NY. Anyway, Madison was the only Freshman that made Varsity, and I know it had a ton to do with her hitting. So thanks so much. She isn’t nearly there with the improvements, but the changes thus far have made her better and more confident. She is still working at it!
Thanks so much for your help!

I highly recommend Steph to anyone serious about becoming a softball pitcher or improving their skills. She has been working with my daughters for over six years. Steph focuses on proper pitching mechanics, something that has been called out by coaches and parents alike when watching my daughters on the mound. From day one, she taught them body speed and proper mechanics will lead to strikes. Steph has not only helped my daughters improve in strength and skill, but also with their mental toughness on the mound. During quarantine, Steph and her mentor hosted weekly Zoom sessions on this topic. She has also provided my older daughter with tips on how to get her head back in the game after a tough batter or a tough inning.
During quarantine, Steph kept her pitchers working by offering virtual pitching lessons via Zoom and FaceTime, which is something other parents mentioned was not something their coaches offered. She also makes herself available during the week to analyze videos of her pitchers, both to prepare for their next lesson as well as to provide feedback on what they need to work on.
I really appreciate all of Steph’s efforts and her methods of instruction and recommend her to anyone who is looking to help their child succeed and improve.
